Had to change provider because of ins. My first visit from receptionist to nurse to Pa to imaging was friendly and very professional and no waiting. I look forward to my future care. They validate parking.

Mackenzie Rotella is an EXCELLENT physician, and a wonderful person. My friend is an international student and struggles with english but she is patient and does the best job possible to communicate and help her. Crouse medical is so very lucky to have a person like her working for them. The receptionist workers and phone workers have all also been extremely kind and helpful. It is very much appreciated by me on behalf of my good friend. Thank you!

Had the best experience with Dr. Sadowitz and his team. He is extremely friendly and informative. The gallbladder surgery went well and recovery was not bad at all. Highly recommend him and Crouse for all your medical needs.

My wife and I have been patients at Internist Associates by Crouse for about 8 years now. They've always been courteous and helpful. During medical emergencies they always work me into their schedules well. It's nice that the lab work is right upstairs, and that the ER is right across the street, if need be. The only downside is the paid parking and it's sometimes hard to access/leave when students are in session.

I don’t know why this group has such a low rating. My mom is 81 years old just moved back to NY and needed a doctor. This group is hands down amazing! Dr. Thandar listens to our concerns and when we ask for something she orders it within an hour. She calls us directly too. Not that I would ever mind talking to a nurse because they are amazing too but the fact that the Dr. calls to talk about bloodwork is amazing to me! I should also say she called at 7pm right before a holiday when most doctors can’t be found. Again the nurses are also so amazing and nice. They have all made my mom feel good and they don’t dismiss her feelings. We never wait for prescriptions to be filled and they coordinate with other specialists within days of being told you need to see them. Hands down this is the most professional and caring doctors office I’ve ever seen and I’m 47 years old. The office staff is polite and helpful as well. You can’t go wrong with this practice!

Dr Buchan and the Manlius office are amazing, very professional, she always listens and spends time with me. I always tell people who are asking for advice on getting a PCP to go to Crouse Medical Practice as they are great.

I am seeing Dr. Ingersol and have been for two years. My experience has been itching short of amazing. He is attentive, knowledgeable and has excellent bedside manner. More then that there is a nurse named Marylynn and what an amazing woman she is. Talk about going above and beyond, I never met anyone like her. She consistently stayed on top of ever issue I was running into a dead end with. When I couldn't get a single endocrinologist to see me that didn't have a 6+ month waiting list she got me in to one in 2 weeks. I never met anyone who advocated so hard for me. I would highly recommend Dr Ingersoll.
